📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular maintenance checks on lift systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Troubleshoot and repair lift system issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Conduct inspections and servicing of lift components, including motors, gears, and hydraulic systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and upgrades to lift systems.
• Document maintenance activities and record system performance data.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on lift system maintenance procedures.
• Participate in emergency response protocols to ensure the safety of occupants during lift malfunctions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in lift maintenance.
• Proven track record of successful lift maintenance and repair projects.
• Familiarity with lift system components and maintenance procedures.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards relevant to lift maintenance.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and software, such as Siemens TIA Portal and Schindler LiftMaster.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid certification in lift maintenance, such as the Certified Lift Technician (CLT) certification, is a plus.
