You'll work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, while also focusing on cost control and inventory management using SAP software.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service delivery
- Manage a team of 15-20 staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality through regular inspections and training
- Develop and implement cost control strategies and inventory management using SAP software
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and maintain optimal stock levels
- Monitor sales performance and make data-driven decisions to drive revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including HACCP and food handling procedures
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a premium dining environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence
- Strong understanding of SAP software and other relevant hospitality management tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of local regulations and industry best practices in the hospitality sector
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages
