📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Manage employee training and development programs to enhance skill sets and career growth.
• Handle employee relations, addressing conflicts and grievances to maintain a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Utilize HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software to streamline HR processes.
• Ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the garment industry.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using HRIS and other HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
