📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality output.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent production issues.
• Work with SAP and MES to manage production data and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for process and assembly operations.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support to the assembly line, addressing any issues that arise during production.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process or assembly engineering, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with SAP and MES systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving production issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a strong asset.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related process improvement methodology is a plus.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
