📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage timekeeping and payroll processing using SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll Software.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax withholdings.
• Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages.
• Analyze payroll data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in the development and administration of employee benefits programs.
• Provide payroll support and guidance to employees and managers.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive employee experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Compensation & Benefits, preferably in a multinational or international company.
• Proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll Software.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
