Infomedia Nusantara is seeking dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Agents to join our Contact Center team in Bandung. As a key player in our sales operations, you will proactively reach out to potential customers, promote our products, and achieve your monthly sales targets. In this role, you will be responsible for managing outbound calls to prospective clients, demonstrating our products, and handling objections effectively. You will work with our CRM system, Salesforce, and other sales tools to track your progress and improve your performance. With 2-3 years of experience in outbound sales or a related field, you will bring a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Manage outbound calls to prospective clients, demonstrating our products and services.
- Handle objections and convert leads into sales.
- Track and update customer data in our CRM system, Salesforce.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- 2-3 years of experience in outbound sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Certification in Sales Techniques or a related field is a plus.
