📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide level 1 and 2 technical support to office and retail teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Maintain and optimize our IT infrastructure
- Manage and monitor network performance
- Implement and manage IT security measures
- Support and maintain our cloud-based systems
- Train and assist end-users with technology-related issues
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless technology operations
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support
- Proficient in using ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft 365
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems and platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
