📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
