Planworth Global Factoring Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior SME Relationship Manager to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, relationship management, and a deep understanding of the SME sector in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue for Planworth Global Factoring.,Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on their financial status and factoring solutions.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.,Participate in business development activities, including trade shows, seminars, and networking events.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the factoring and financial services sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or a similar role within the financial services sector.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong understanding of the SME sector in Indonesia and the factoring industry.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales and CRM tools.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently to client locations.
