The GMP Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Support Executive to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in identifying and developing sales leads through various channels such as email, phone, and social media.,Provide exceptional customer service to both existing and potential clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are met.,Maintain and update client databases and sales records to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals to support the sales team.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives and campaigns.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to build relationships and generate leads.,Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.,Valid work permit for Indonesia is required.
