📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to determine recruitment needs and develop effective job descriptions.,Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions within the organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidate suitability.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising job openings to onboarding new hires.,Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Utilize various recruitment tools and technologies to streamline the hiring process.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and trends to support data-driven decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
