Nest Prime Nusantara is looking for a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team. This is an urgent opportunity for someone who is passionate about procurement and wants to make a difference in our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing and a keen eye for detail. This role is based in Cilacap and offers a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's purchasing process, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms.,Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to ensure the company has access to the best products at the best prices.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.,Handle supplier negotiations and resolve any disputes that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong understanding of purchasing processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.
