Sumber Jaya Coffee is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Staff Accounting to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing financial advice to the management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting department and oversee all accounting activities.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to the management.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.,Manage the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries.,Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.
