📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests and clients in a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and other communications to the appropriate department.,Schedule appointments and manage the reception area to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest and client information.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest and client experiences.,Handle and resolve guest and client complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Assist in the organization and management of the reception area, including supplies and equipment.,Lead and mentor junior receptionists to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a corporate or hospitality setting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and communication tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to lead and mentor junior staff members.
