📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the cooking process to ensure high-quality food production.,Maintain a safe and efficient kitchen environment.,Manage and train junior cooks and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Prepare and maintain detailed records of food production and waste.,Assist in the development and implementation of kitchen procedures and standards.,Promote a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one.
