In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations and ensuring the smooth flow of financial transactions within our clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily cashiering operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Handle all financial transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their financial needs are met.,Train and mentor junior cashiers to ensure high standards of performance.,Monitor cash levels and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to cash handling promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashiering or financial role.,Strong knowledge of financial systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices.,Ability to lead and mentor a team.
