As a Junior HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations and contributing to the overall success of our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in administering employee benefits and compensation packages.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and issues.,Help in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 0-2 years of HR experience, with recent graduates encouraged to apply.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Basic knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
