Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.,Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and software.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with network protocols and technologies.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and standards.🛠️ Keahlian
