You will use tools like Python, SQL, and Tableau to create dashboards and reports that inform decision-making. Additionally, you will collaborate with urban planners, engineers, and policymakers to ensure our solutions align with the city's vision and regulatory requirements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement data-driven solutions for urban mobility challenges using Python, SQL, and advanced analytics.
• Integrate IoT and AI technologies into smart city initiatives to optimize traffic flow and reduce congestion.
• Analyze and visualize data using tools like Tableau to create actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including urban planners, engineers, and policymakers, to ensure solutions align with city goals.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in intelligent transportation systems.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in data privacy and security.
• Mentor and coach junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, IoT, or AI, with a focus on intelligent transportation systems.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Strong understanding of urban mobility challenges and solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in data science, IoT, or AI is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
