📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and mentor staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.,Participate in inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (office and field).
