PT Kusuma Tirta is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Parepare. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet operations, ensuring efficient and safe transportation services. This is a hybrid role, combining office and field work, offering a dynamic and challenging environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operation.,Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams to plan and execute transportation routes and schedules.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring they are transported safely and securely.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to fleet operations, providing prompt and satisfactory resolutions.,Conduct regular safety inspections of vehicles and equipment, ensuring they meet all safety standards.,Generate and maintain accurate records of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and driver performance.,Collaborate with the procurement team to source and negotiate contracts for vehicle maintenance and repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining office and field work.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
