📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment, including excavators and loaders, to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Follow project plans and specifications to complete tasks on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and other team members to achieve project goals.
• Monitor fuel and equipment usage to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for equipment issues as needed.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment, with a focus on 20-30 ton excavators and loaders.
• Valid heavy equipment operator license and certification for DT series machinery.
• Knowledge of construction equipment, including excavators, loaders, and other related machinery.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with project managers and other stakeholders.
• Experience with project management software, such as Procore or Primavera, is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
