📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the golf course, ensuring smooth and efficient management.
• Monitor and maintain the condition of the golf course, including greens, fairways, and bunkers, using advanced course management software.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure environment for all golfers.
• Coordinate with the golf course staff to ensure timely and effective maintenance and repairs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to golfers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of the golf course to identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of golf course operations with overall hotel and resort services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in golf course operations or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of golf course management software such as TMS (Tournament Management Software) and GCM (Golf Course Management).
• Certification in golf course operations or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and guests.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with local regulations and safety standards for golf courses.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
