As a Fit Out Supervisor at ASRI, you will be responsible for managing the entire fit-out process, from initial planning to final delivery. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire fit-out process from planning to final delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to client specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into a functional and aesthetically pleasing space.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to source materials and equipment.
• Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fit-out supervision for luxury commercial and hospitality projects.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale fit-out projects from conception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in safety management (e.g., OSHA, SMK3) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
