Lead and manage the Road division in Indonesia, ensuring the delivery of high-quality logistics services to clients.,Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and success of the division, in line with DSV's global objectives.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to foster a collaborative and successful business environment.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the division, including fleet management, route planning, and customer service.,Lead and develop the team, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth.,Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the division remains competitive and compliant.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
