Salon Wati Store is looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Ambon. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and enhancing the customer experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist in planning and executing promotional events and sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to the Store Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
