Bloom Urban Abadi is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Site Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful execution of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Site Engineer in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.,Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.,Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure that tasks are completed on time and within budget.,Maintain accurate records of project progress, including materials used and labor hours.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.,Participate in safety meetings and ensure that all team members adhere to safety protocols.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for project stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
