Impact Power Mandiri is looking for a dedicated SPG Event Multilanguage to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with event planning, coordination, and execution. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in multiple languages and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating events, ensuring all details are managed efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service to event attendees and clients.,Manage event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and supplies.,Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to ensure smooth event execution.,Multilingual support to assist with diverse client needs.,Collaborate with the team to ensure events run smoothly and meet client expectations.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during events.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fluent in multiple languages, including English and Indonesian.,Previous experience in event management, customer service, or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a keen eye for detail.,Valid ID and work permit if required.,Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to different situations.
