📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Manage and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance and support.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Evaluate and assess candidates through interviews and assessments.,Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and industry best practices in recruitment.,Report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in managing and leading a team.
