📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of mobile developers in the design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications.,Ensure the delivery of high-quality mobile applications that meet customer requirements and expectations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.,Mentor and coach junior developers to help them grow and develop their skills.,Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends and technologies.,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Work closely with product managers to prioritize and estimate development tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.,5+ years of experience in mobile development, with a strong focus on iOS or Android.,Proven leadership experience in a software development team.,Strong understanding of mobile development frameworks and tools.,Experience with Agile development methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to mentor and coach junior developers.
