📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment.,Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions.,Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected breakdowns.,Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,1-2 years of experience in maintenance or related field (preferred but not required).,Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.,Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic mechanical and electrical repair skills.Experience with common maintenance tools and equipment.Knowledge of basic electrical systems and components.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.Basic understanding of computer-aided design (CAD) software (preferred).
