As a Distribution Operations Administrator at Private Advertiser, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods from our warehouse to our customers across Bali. You'll be working closely with our team of logistics experts to optimize our operations, reduce costs, and improve our overall performance.
In this role, you'll be using industry-standard tools like SAP, JDA, and WMS to manage our inventory, track shipments, and analyze data. You'll also be responsible for coordinating with our drivers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and optimize inventory levels using SAP and WMS
- Track and manage shipments using JDA and other logistics software
- Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Train and mentor junior staff members
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics or distribution industry
- Proven experience with SAP, JDA, and WMS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and best practices in the logistics industry
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
