As an Assistant Banquet Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our banquet services are executed flawlessly, from event planning to execution.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and suppliers.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.,Assist in setting up and decorating banquet venues, ensuring they are ready for events.,Help with the preparation and service of food and beverages during banquet events.,Assist in the cleanup and post-event follow-up, ensuring all details are taken care of.,Maintain accurate records of banquet events, including guest lists, menus, and feedback.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members to ensure high standards of service.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of banquet service strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a hospitality or event planning role is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Attention to detail and organizational skills.,Familiarity with banquet and event planning software is an advantage.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
